What is NYLT?
National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) is designed to give Scouts in leadership roles an in depth experience in management, planning, communication, and making ethical decisions. This course is sometimes referred to as "Wood Badge for Youth" because the same learning principles are taught in both courses. This is not a normal week at camp. This is a mountaintop experience that will stay with Scouts for a lifetime.
What do you get out of it? What are the objectives?
* The confidence and knowledge to operate as a BOY-RUN Troop* A clear understanding of team and personal development and how those elements relate to being a leader
* Trained in all aspects of effective leadership, ranging from teaching skills to conflict resolution
* Guided through the stages of team development
* An environment of Scouting fellowship and fun guided by the Scout Oath and Law
* Experience Scouting at its finest.
What is the result?
* Scouts will see a remarkable change in the operation of their Troops* Scouts will clearly understood their role in the operation of their Troop
The session is limited to 56 participants, so act soon!!!
The Early Bird registration has passed, the cost is now $215
